Returns & Exchanges Policy – OutCast Club

At OutCast Club, every piece is made with attention to detail and quality. As a made-to-order brand, we follow a strict but fair return policy to maintain product standards and sustainability.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer size exchanges or replacements.

We strongly recommend referring to the size chart before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help you choose the right fit.


Returns (Defective / Incorrect Items Only)

We accept returns only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If approved, you will receive:

  • A free replacement, OR
  • Full store credit (no deductions)

Return Requirements

To request a return, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

⚠️ Requests without proper proof may not be approved.


Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size or fit issues
  • Change of mind / preference
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Minor color differences due to screen variations
  • Requests raised after the allowed time window

Refund Method

We do not offer bank refunds.

All approved returns are issued as:

  • Store credit (wallet balance) only
